Love this location! The staff is so friendly and they are always the first smiles you see in the early morning. The manager, Tammy, is the best!
Granted we had a large group but it was not clear who was taking whose order and only 1 of the 3 employees smiled and spoke. When we arrived the door was locked but shouldn't have been and no one rushed to open nor apologized. I was really disappointed in the customer service; more so than the soggy donut - which is not typical of DD.
They are always so friendly and quick. I love their butter pecan iced coffee when they had it. As a matter of fact, I think a trip there is in order today!
