Actually located inside Kroger. Great service.
Its an adequate place to purchase a drink if you need something to get you through the day. Customer service is alright depending on the time of day. There seems to be a new person quite often so there isn't really a set say so on friendliness. Thier cleanliness is impeccable and they are fairly organized with thier products. Some days you get a drink and it's done in a timely matter and they do a good job, yet other days it's quite the opposite. So all in all its just an okay place to get coffee. Nothing special.
Awesome vanilla
The younger people working here are awful! They chat/flirt with each other instead of helping me at the register. The space they work in is the size of a closet so there's no way for them not to see me! They saw me and let me stand there for 10 minutes while they gossiped about other associates. Kathleen is the only good associate that works here! The others need serious training!
If you've never been to a Starbucks before, then this one may be a fairly enjoyable experience. But if you have been to a Starbucks before, you may be disappointed.
