I only marked 1 star because that the least amount allowed and they don't deserve any stars at all. Very poor customer service and cars are straight trash. Word of advice to anyone looking to get a car from them DON'T DO IT!!! I had a 2009 Nissan Rogue and after only having it 4 days the car was giving me trouble under the hood. They claimed to have fixed the problem but two weeks later I was right back there with yet the same problem again. Not wanting to fix it the go to say that there is no warranty and the car's as is. Just a reminder that I'm not even out of my 30 day window and the date OB my paper tag was until today!! Furious once again I walk in today for the 3rd time and the manager wouldn't even come out of his office to talk to me so I left the keys at the front and let go of a horrible situation. Bad business all the way around
This place is H O R R I B L E !!! They self contradict the contracts ! They will tell you , you can't make payments without insurance on your car but will take your money ANYWAY. I drove my car off the lot and literally had to turn around not even 5 miles from their lot because " Oil Pressure Low " sensor was burned out , my car skipped and jerked , i took it back and nobody seemed to care to fix it , " they can't fix what they don't see " is what they say ! I use to highly recommend people to this place but NEVER AGAIN. FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Don't ever get a car from here. You come off better getting a new car for the same price for a use car..
They are trying to sell an 08 Toyota Matrix base model with almost 100k miles for $10,500. LOL
My experience at this point is horrible!! I bought a car two weeks ago and from that day they promised me my airbag would be fixed when they had time to get me in. Well, when I inquired about it for the third time, I was ultimately told by the shop manager, Randy, that they don't fix airbags. He suggested I go to walker jones. The very next day my vehicle completely broke down. I tried 10-15 times to start it and it would not. I spoke with Angelo, the salesman who sold me the vehicle, and he assured me my truck would be picked up that day and fixed. I took my key to him at 12:30 p.m.. At 3 p.m. he told me they were on the way to pick up my vehicle and he would call me in an hr. He of course never called. So the next morning (this morning) I called to speak with Randy who I was told was no where to be found and left my info so he could call back. he never called. When I called back at 1:15 p.m. I was once again told that he could not be found so I decided to make a trip to the dealership. Low and behold, Mr Randy was right in his office where he went on to tell me that miraculously when they got to my truck just this morning (meaning my truck was left in a store parking lot all night) it crank just fine. Now, I need yal to know, As he was telling me this he completely cut me off so he could have an unimportant 5+ min telephone (speaker) conversation with another person which needless to say pissed me all the way off. The conclusion to this is, I now have to just wait until I break down on the side of the road again before they can even look at it. I AM COMPLETELY UNHAPPY AND WISHING I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. PERIOD.
