Worse waiting experience ever. My daughter had a 9:30am appt and after waiting for an hour & a half literally, I was told my child wouldn't be seen before 12pm. My daughter was never seen by the Dr we just ended up leaving I had another appt to get to & my daughter needed to get back to school. When I tried to set up an afternoon appt for after school on a different day the receptionist told me "the next appt wouldn't be until mid June & we don't make afternoon appts for children her age" So my child would have to wait a month & a half just to miss a full school day for a general cleaning check-up?!! Ridiculous!!
Plan to make a whole day of your visit this way you won't be frustrated when you leave. Our appt was set over 3 months ago for a general cleaning and as you should with any appt we arrived 15 min early. 2 hours and 8 min after our scheduled appt (so 2 hrs and 28 min since arrival) my child was finally called back! I find this a bit ridiculous!
Little bit of a waiting time but they are really good with my son. It's worth the wait.
Called to ask insurance questions and receptionist was about as rude as possible!
You will definitely wait awhile. My child had an abscess and they placed her on a waiting list to have the tooth pulled. They could not give me a time frame on when she would be able to have surgery. I guess since she has medicaid she was placed on the list but if we would have had another insurance she would have a scheduled date. I expressed my concern about my child having to be on antibiotics every couple of weeks until this tooth was pulled but the staff were not concerned at all and were very rude.
