The grill master burgers should be removed from the shelves. They are the WORST beef patties I've EVER eaten in my life.
Checked ingredients because this garbage CANNOT be beef, but yep, it's beef -- the heart part. When I buy hamburgers, I shouldn't have to check the label to find out whether it was made with skeletal muscle or a blood organ.
Recently the USDA began allowing companies to put whatever garbage they have lying around into their hamburgers, because we're living in the dystopia described in Upton Sinclair's 1906 novel The Jungle where companies had absolutely no ethics and no real regulations.

I made the mistake of buying a Flanders product too. I bought a box of 16 quarter-pound hamburgers because they were cheap, and I almost vomited eating the first one. If you're in the mood for a hamburger, this is not what you're looking for. You can really, really taste the beef hearts. Don't buy this thinking it's going to taste like a hamburger. I threw half of the burger away and made nachos instead.
