Dealing with this store is complete chaos! No one can even figure prices without talking to a manager (who is never there) and each quote was different depending on the salesperson I talked to. Each time I went in or called, I had to deal with someone new. I was FINALLY given a price that was acceptable and told that the furniture would be delivered on the following Monday. I was told to call around 10 a.m. to confirm a delivery time. The manager answered and told me my paperwork had been shredded and that there was no way I could get the furniture today (Monday) even though I took off work to be there Of course neither salesperson I had dealt with previously was there today. The manager was going to call and find out what was going on. Irregardless, I still can't get my furniture on the date promised. There is a complete lack of communication at this location. I wanted a sofa and ottoman. I was told I would have to buy a loveseat too, which I didn't need. Oddly, the sofa and ottoman were USED but the loveseat was NEW so obviously the set had bee split up in the past. I HIGHLY recommend going through another store if possible. There is a complete lack of communication and an extreme lack of professionalism. There is no consistency in service. They set up deliveries and then when you plan your day around it, then tell you they can't deliver to you that day. I am highly upset and frustrated because this was a Mother's Day gift and my mom had her heart set on it. I am out a day of work and now they want me to take tomorrow off to take delivery (assuming they don't lie to me again!) There was no understanding even though the mistake was theirs. WARNING

I've been doing business with Aarons for over 10yrs now and I finally got the shaft.Everyone told me to look out for them,they have changed and I have to agree and not for the good either,I lost my job and had to send my stuff back to Aarons,only had 4months left to pay on a 65inch Tv out of a 2year contract.
Rude staff
Well they said since I had so much money invested they would hold the tv for me,well its only been about 2months and finally got a job so I called them and let them know I would be getting paid in two weeks and I would like to get my tv back.
I absolutely love this store. Ask for Megan!! She knew what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable about the products she was showing me. Love my Samsung GiGa!!!
They said they would give me another used one in place of that one,Well I don't think thats right,Mine had no scratches or anything wrong with it,so now I'm going to have to take someone elses scratched up tv?? or maybe something else is wrong with it,they said that it will still be covered under warranty?? how you going to warranty scratches?? or dents??? or may something else??? so now since I didn't like that deal,I am out over 18hundred dollars almost 2yrs of payments.I let the maneger know since he didn't follow thru with what he said,I would take the loss and never do business with them again,which is sad over 10yrs of buying things from them and they do me this way.Bad thing is when I went up there my tv was sitting right there on the show room floor.'
Well They had already Sold mine or sent it to another store??? not a good job of holding my tv back is it.
