Overall, I will not be returning when these two are working. I felt as if I was not welcome.
She did call to the back for the employee, Shari, for a pedi and she came to start filling the chair with water. Shari never greeted me. She didn't direct me to the chair. I sat down and Mandi and Shari started talking back and forth to each other about relationships, what Chau said on Saturday, and many more conversations I personally felt as inappropriate in front of customers. Neither of them struck up a conversation with me or my friend.

The pedicure was mediocre. Shari did do a great job painting them though.
I would give 2 stars but I'm trying to be reasonable. The customer service is extremely lacking. That's saying it nicely. A friend of mine and I came in at 2:30 as walkins. No other customers were here. We were not greeted at all. One employee, Mandi, was sitting on her phone laughing. She said she was laughing her ass off at videos of misunderstood lyrics. She asked what do we want. I said "I would like a pedi and she wants her nails done". She replied "full set or fill in?" My friend responded full set. She continued to watch videos on her phone for about two minutes before coming to her chair to start on my friend's nails.
It took everything I had to not say something but I didn't want the rest of the service to be affected.
