I have gone to Lowes twice to try to buy a stove and I have not been able to get anyone to help me . the first time a man was in the department but everytime I try to get him to help me he would walk off as if he didn't see me.Today it was a lady whipping off the stoves she spoke and asked if I needed some help I said yes I want to get a stove she said do u know what kind u want I said no she didn't try to help.me she just walked off.That just let me know I need to go somewhere else after trying twice I am done trying to buy a stove from Lowes.I hope all of your customers are not treated this way!
Does anybody care about customer service anymore? Let's open another register so people don't have to stand in line so long. And why don't people smile and thank you for choosing their business to shop?
Have seen better service at a yard sale. $400 grill and had to get on intercom myself and ask for help loading it. After spending 25 min trying find someone to help me find the grill I wanted. After they couldn't find it I upgraded and had to argue for 10
Min to get a discount due to them not having what said was in stock. The girl who rang me up didn't suck ass she was nice
They were in the middle of store inventory. Service was poor. Usually I have satisfactory service.
Rudest, most unknowledgable, and unhelpful employees in any Lowe's I have been in! Wanted to tell me could not return an UNOPENED BOX OF UNCUT WIRE when sign in front of me at car desk says if uncut unopened or can be returned. I had to wait 20 plus minutes so she could get approval, when o asked her manager why she was very ugly said because wire sticking out of box... Uh yeah that is how every box of that kind of wire sitting on the shelf looked also. I have never had trouble or been treated the way I have the few times I have when I had no choice but use the Waycross GA location Ilat yhe one in my home town of Douglas GA. Employees there would never treat or act like these in Waycross do ONLY go here if I have no other choices available!
