Lack of customer service! This center has unexperienced young people and burnt out old owners. This combination became apparent in the lack of energy put into my childs education. The staff is highly emotional and inconsistant!!!!!!! For the hours, pricing, poor customer service you can find much better in Waycross, GA!!!!!
Thank you to everyone for their reviews. Management changed a couple of years ago and we have been striving to make improvements. We have an incredible, experienced staff now with many years of working with and teaching children. Thankfully, we have had nothing but positive feedback from all of our parents so far. We will always listen to our parents concerns and suggestions. We want all of our parents to be happy with the care their children receive here, and most of all we want our children to learn while having fun in a loving and nurturing environment.
