I was very disappointed today. Carpet and tile torn up, with sections blocked off with workers refinishing the floor. Half the cash registers were closed. At one register the employee had customers waiting for over 5 minutes while she did a gift wrap. Only two weeks ago I was told they no longer gift wrap at the registers, you have to go to the gift wraping department. At the next register all the customers were told we would have to wait while she walked a customer out, then she would return. The only other open register had at least six people standing in line. If repairs on the floor are needed, why not schedule them at night while the store is closed. It's hard to shop when you can't get to items due to construction. I never saw anythig wrong with floor, but the air conditioner could sure use some work, extremely hot the last three times I have shopped there. I gave up and left without the items I wanted to purchase.

Very rude employees! Management did nothing when I reported employees unprofessionalism. Unorganized store. Will Not visit again!
You will always find a good sell but store is very crowded with merchandise. ..
