It was refreshing to have salespeople on the floor willing to help me put an outfit together. The young lady was very helpful and extremely kind. Good job JCPenney! Galen, from the Hair Salon, was awesome with my daughter. Wonderful haircut and great eyebrow wax!! We will be back!
The come-on tactic of offering Buy one and get one for one cent is Not a good deal especially when JCP doubled the price for the first one. How stupid do you think your customers are. Your store is almost empty every time I go there. Why do you think that you have very few customers? Can't figure it out? Return to the way you use to have a true sale. Quit using dumb gimmicks.
I waited for 15 minutes at the jewelry counter with no service. Then when someone finally came she waited on another customer who just walked up because they were her friend.i walked out. I can spend my money somewhere else. That is why they are going bankrupt.
