Scheduling an appointment didn't seem to matter. Apparently the appointments are not previewed by staff. After arriving early and being seen after the walk-ins, I was told you have to tell them that you have an appointment. Then I returned to make payment at 3:45pm to find locked doors, lights out, and a sign that states they close at 4pm. Vehicles still parked outside. WTH
Always quick with my blood work! Very experienced nurses here, never have an issue. Also, you're better off coming as soon as they open. They tend to get packed around 9-10
