Stopped at the Waycross Cracker Barrel on our way back up to Virginia, because you can never go wrong with Cracker Barrel's breakfast. We were immediately seated and our waiter was very friendly. We placed our order and waited for almost 40 minutes before I flagged down our waiter and told him we were leaving. Our food was nowhere in sight and my expectation was for him or the manager to tell me they were running slow so I could determine whether I wanted to stay or continue my trip. We didn't get to make that choice. Never again.
Exceptional Service from Will our server! Although FALSE ADVERTISING ON half LB HAMBURGER Steak came out equal to less than a quarter pounder from McDonald's.. BEWARE OF MENU WHEN ORDERING.. FOOD WASD GOOD AND AGAIN SERVER NAMED WILL WAS VERY VERY PROMPT TO OUR NEEDS AND EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASANT..

Just ate steak there tonight. Love the food. Steak always cooked right and has a good flavor. Waitresses are awesome and one remembered me from 4 weeks ago. Really good service. Thank you for the good food and service.
Me and my family have been eating at Cracker Barrel for many years, when they open here in Waycross we was so happy ! I worked for them a little while and left but that shouldn't change the way my husband and I are taken care of when we go there to eat ! Today we visit Cracker Barrel and was treated really bad ! I order a steak and when it was brought out to me it was burnt on both side, so I sent it back and told them if it came back like that again then I would just not eat. Well guess what the second steak was burnt too, so I told them to forget it and to just remove my meal, also the serve said he was so sorry and I know from working there before that it is required for them to come to the table but that didn't happen! I guess they think because I worked there before that we don't deserve the same treatment as all other paying guest ! Well news flash I work hard for my money and should be treated right and home office will be called about this
Normally very good.. was bad last night. Took way too long to get the food, then half the order was wrong.
